PRS Looking Positive after Winter Storm Causes Roof Damage

After more than 24 hours and a foot of snowfall compounded by high winds and snow drifts, the PRS Guitars factory in Stevensville, Maryland sustained roof damage over the weekend. The damage was near the company’s staining/finish area, where some water pooled inside the building and a small portion of the roof did eventually collapse. Thankfully, no manufacturing operations were under the compromised portion of the roof.

PRS Guitars recently added two new baritone guitars, the new SE 277 Semi Hollow Soapbar and the SE 277, to its bevy of more affordable guitar model options. Tuned B to B, two and a half steps below standard, the two new baritones offer a taut muscular low end, with powerful aggressive tones and flexibility of going from chimey clean, to warm depth, to articulate tonal hostility.

Paul Rodgers Headlines PRS Guitars Benefit Concert for Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center

On the evening of Saturday, October 10th, Paul Reed Smith Guitars will host the 16th Annual One Night One Show One Cause Benefit Concert, for the Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center. This year’s event will take place at the Modell Center for the Performing Arts at the Lyric in Downtown Baltimore, Maryland, and will feature an exclusive performance by Paul Rodgers and his band.
